LYV®, a professional industrial valve manufacturer, has introduced its
2‑Piece Floating Ball Valve, one of the most widely used valve types in industrial piping systems. The company exports valves to markets including North America, Southeast Asia, Russia, and the Middle East. With CNC machining equipment and a skilled workforce, LYV® has an annual production capacity exceeding 50,000 valves, supporting both standard and custom requirements.

Design and Construction
The 2‑piece floating ball valve features a split‑body construction with a floating ball design. It is engineered in accordance with ISO 17292, API 608, and API 6D standards. The valve is available in full bore (FB) or reduced bore (RB) configurations, with end entry body construction. Bonnet options include bolted bonnet or extended bonnet, and seat types are offered in soft seat or hard‑seal metal variants. Flow direction can be uni‑directional or bi‑directional, providing flexibility for different process requirements.
