Zhejiang Liangyi Valve Co.,ltd(LYV®) is located in west block of Bihu Industrial, Lishui city, in the Southeast of Chinese mainland, which is the national high-tech enterprises that for professional Research &Development, design, manufacturing, sale various of Globe Valve, Ball Valve, Casting Gate Valve. LYV® is well known for its good product quality and reputation. We have a professional high-quality team, adhere to the people-oriented, attach great importance to the introduction and training of technical person; also LYV® owns Technology Research & Development center, including 15 person, about 25% of our total employees, who specializing in valves’ technology research and development. Meanwhile, we have invited many famous valve experts for technical supports, and established a mode of teaching-scientific-production consortium to jointly development, research, transfer, consult and provide technical services with some colleges and universities such like: Wenzhou Pump &Valve Research Institute, Lanzhou University of Technology.

LYV® has developed more than 20 kinds of ball valves that be used on some national major projects, for example : successfully applied to the in the tunnel shield machine of high-performance mud Ball Valve, rapid mud combination valve, pipe jacking machine bypass cut-off device, hard seal high temperature ball valve in the Poly-Silicon industry; LNG plant important supporting equipment LNG ultra-low temperature ball valve; Oil, natural gas pipeline buried large diameter full welded fixed ball valve; Super seal double piston large diameter forged steel ball valve; Coal chemical ultra wear-resisting ball valve, etc. These products have obtained more than 20 national patents since 2010 and completely, the independent research and development intellectual property rights are all owned to LYV.

LYV has ISO 9001:2000, API 6D-1452, API 607 Fire- Safety, TS and other quality management system certification or international product certification; the workshop is stringent to a modern ERP system enterprise system management implementation. Our main products meet the mostly valves standards as API, ANSI, JIS, DIN, GB, BS and some customized  design standards. 

LYV’s workshop has purchased many manufacturing and research and development testing equipment, including large horizontal machining centers, vertical machining center, large-scale precision CNC vertical lathe, milling, drilling one-piece ramp CNC lathe, large-scale automatic submerged arc welding machine, CNC lathe, automatic painting line, large valve pressure testing machine, EDM punching machine etc.  which total more than 100 sets of equipments for the valves production and test process.
