LYV® Motorized Butterfly Valve Feature And Application

LYV® electric butterfly valve main structure by the valve body, disc, valve seat, stem and transmission operating mechanism and other components, the valve seat using removable structure, and according to the physical and chemical characteristics of different media, choose the corresponding temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, light resistance, aging resistance material.

The outer and inner surfaces of the valve nodular cast iron shell can be coated with epoxy resin powder by high-temperature electrostatic spraying. The coating has corrosion resistance and bonding strength with nodular cast iron matrix. The coating degree is 0.2-0.5mm.
