LYV® Bonne Forge Globe Valve Introduction

Forged steel socket welding stop valve, forged Bonne Forge Globe Valve, forged steel flange stop valve is suitable for ANSI Class150lb ~ 2500Lb, working temperature -29 ~ 570℃ of petroleum, chemical, thermal power station and other conditions of the pipeline, cut off or connect the medium. Applicable medium: water, steam, etc. Operation mode: manual, gear drive, electric, etc.

LYV® Bonne Forge Globe Valve principle:

The forged steel socket welding stop valve adopts self - tightening sealing structure with good sealing performance. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded. The sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat is made of stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing to wear resistance, high temperature resistance and abrasion resistance. The stem is conditioned and surface nitrized. Valve cover packing box reasonable depth packing and corrosion inhibitor seal reliable. Valve with inverted seal structure valve open operation without leakage through the stem. Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas, metallurgy, chemical fiber, paper making, urban construction, and other fields.

LYV® Body valve cover WCB Feature And Application

1, product design and manufacturing according to ANSI 16.34, E101 standards, can be equipped with imported equipment for use.

2. The pressure self-tightening sealing structure is adopted in the valve cavity, and the pressure in the inner cavity has high sealing performance.

3. Sealing surface of disc and seat is made of stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing.

4, the valve cover packing box depth is reasonable, packing with corrosion inhibitor, reliable seal, smooth switch.

Steel forged globe valves are manufactured according to API602,BS5352,ANSI/ASME B16.34, tested and accepted according to API 598, and identified according to MSS SP-25.
